Corynn lost her first tooth today! She was very brave and let me pull it out this afternoon. I say brave because she recently survived an attempt to pull it out by her Dad and the pliers on his leatherman tool (didn't work, lots of blood and crying). So as you can see I bribed her with licorice (why not expose the new tooth to sugar right away?). She is very excited to have the Tooth Fairy visit her room tonight. When she told Hyrum she had lost her tooth, he looked at me and said, "Uh oh, the Tooth Fairy better hit the ATM." I'm wondering just how much the Tooth Fairy is planning to give her. I think I used to get a quarter under my pillow! Inflation is way outa' control!

Big Sisters

Every time Audra wakes up and cries I go in and find these two already there comforting her. Corynn says, "Shhh, its okay Buggers" (can't even begin to guess where she came up with that name, makes me laugh though) and Alli nearly pulling the bed over, "Uh Oh, baby cry, Uh Oh, baby cry". They love her and want to be holding or touching her at all times. I'll have to show them this picture at some point during their teenage years I'm sure, to remind them that they loved eachother at one point as they fight over the bathroom, the phone, or clothes...

Newest addition to the Cottrell family!

Audra Jeannine Cottrell is here at last! Born April 1st, she weighed in at 7lbs 2oz and was 19 inches long. She made a quick entry into this world to the astonishment of the two very amazing nurses that delivered her. Her cord was wrapped around her neck three times, but again the nurses acted quickly and after a while all was well! We are happy to have Audra home with us and is settling into her spot in the family quite nicely. Her older sisters think she is wonderful as do Hyrum and I.
